We’re looking for a Social Media Manager cum Virtual Assistant to support our creative studio with content strategy, day-to-day social media management, research, and backend tasks. You’ll work closely and report directly to the owner, supporting the creative and operational side of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone

Research and pitch creative content ideas

Coordinate with design team for visuals

Handle DMs, comments, and engagement
Advertising & Strategy

Assist in running and monitoring Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads

Track performance and suggest improvements
Virtual Assistance & Research

Conduct market/competitor research
-
Assist with backend documentation, email responses, and coordination
-
Help in preparing reports, presentations, or data collection as required
Who We’re Looking For:

Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing

Good command over written English
-
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

Organized, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking
-
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Preference will be given to candidates based in Mumbai
